2. Heaviside-Lorentz Units
For the Heaviside-Lorentz system we consider,
$\varepsilon_0=\ \mu_0\ =\ \hbar\ =\ c\ =1$
Fine structure constant:
$\alpha=\frac{e^2}{4\pi}=\frac{1}{137.06}$
